Then I heard about this healthy chocolate. First I thought it was an oximoron. At the same time I hoped it would be truely healthy and not just a tiny part they found in cacao that is supposed to be healthy, because that doesn't make the whole thing healthy. Right?

Anyway, I've done some research and found that dark chocolate does have health benefits. More over, Xoçai has even more and bigger health benefits because they don't heat the cacao.

There was only one more question open: will I like it? Because I don't like dark chocolate. I'm a milk chocolate kinda girl, it's got to be sweet, and dark chocolate is anything but sweet. I was ready to order but found that, back in summer 2008, Xoçai chocolates were not availble in Europe yet.

I was doomed to keep on eating the unhealthy sugary stuff.

One day I got a message that a bunch of Amercians were coming to London with chocolate in their luggage. I didn't think twice and booked a flight to London at my favorite travel agency.

The pre-launch meeting in London was interesting. The speaker, Paula Pritchard, was very good. The chocolate was yummy. Even though we all got only half a piece, it was enough for me to confirm I like it!

Why I was not able to get back home the next day as planned is another story which I might tell you one day, maybe over a healthy chocolate fondue.

Now, I have my sweet tooth under control because I can eat as much and as many chocolates as I want. A dream came true!
